The performance of the government during the war sealed its fate. All of the strains between government and society before the war were exacerbated during it. The royal family became increasingly unpopular. Some accused them of treason; others of immorality. In particular, the presence of Rasputin as the Empress Aleksandra's advisor and companion offended Russian public opinion. The empress was attached to Rasputin because he was able to control the hemophiliac bleeding of her son and the heir to the throne, Alexei. But her gratitude to Rasputin clouded her judgement. She listened to his advice about politics

oh no...you are not trying to censor me right? I heard that because of tibet riots, china censored google and other main sites. I wonder if yuku gets banned over there too because of my post Ethnically, I'm chinese. My grandparents came from Fujian province in 1900 and settled in some south east asian countries. Since I'm the third generation, I don't really speak mandarin anymore and culturally, I'm slightly out of touch with chinese culture (my first visit to China was last year, which I really love, I understand now why my ancestors fled china to look for better life during that era and I find China history fascinating). so yeah, to my chinese friends from china, I'm not chinese but look wise, I think I'm a cross between chinese and south east asian looks.

Every kind of these pictures about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict that get posted, it gets people from both sides heated and the other accusing the other of "propaganda". When I looked at that picture, whether it was staged somehow or not, whether it was by Israeli or Palestinian gunfire...The boy was shot and killed. It shows you the evil and barbarity or war, and of a father trying to protect his son. He is a representation of children that die from both sides in this gruesome and ongoing conflict. A defenceless, and harmless boy, caught in the crossfire and killed as a result of war. I was thinking of posting Rachel Corrie's pictures being runover by the bulldozer, and then I thought it would get some people heated too.
Thats why i posted it, if idiots want to comment they can but the picture speaks for itself. Both died as a result of gunfire.
