What areas should I stay away from and why? I would like something fairly safe, central, and wouldn't mind being near the beach but nothing is a deal breaker. I'm not rich but I'm not exactly poor either. Doesn't have to be fancy or big. Anyone have any advice on what neighborhoods to look at? I don't even know where to start. Thanks!

It's actually because a guy I like lives there and I am all about change. I'm tired of living in Texas. Is it really all that bad? I'm used to ugle busy traffic, I used to live in Houston. It can't be that bad, can it?

Every time I've been there it's been bad even when it's not rush hour. I don't know what traffic's like in Houston but when I hear the word traffic the first place I think about is LA.

I have no complaints aside from the fact that I can't have a dog and I think one of my neighbors is shady.
