I agree with you on that. He know what he's doing and he's surrounded by people who know exactly what they're doing. I have no doubts that he put those tidbits in there for the bit of intrigue, but I'm just saying that there is more to the book. I think he sincerely has other stuff he wants to talk about and wants to have talked about, but the Justin and Justin/Britney tidbits will be most concentrated on. And that's not really fair at all.

I totally understand why the guys wanted to keep going, and I totally understand why they'd be angry, but I also understand why Justin would want his career to continue at top level. It's stupid not to want to. And like I said on another board, that's why the parts about Justin are what the media is jumping on because he's the most successful. He had a clear vision, and that's not a bad thing.
I LOVE how y'all only talk about it from Justin's prospective. How about the other 4? They thought this was a break. They went to that meeting to talk about a new CD and Justin springs it on them that he's not coming back. How do you think they felt? Sure, it was a good move for Justin, but the other are now without a job. They have every right to have been pissed off. Stop looking at it from only one side.

I think you are the one looking at it from one side, especially when you don't see where I said I UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WERE MAD AND WHY THEY FELT THE WAY THEY DID. I mean really, how can you put it more plainly than that.
Being able to look at it from more than one side also means being able to say yeah, I understand why they were mad and yeah I think they have a right to feel anyway they feel, but I also understand why Justin did what he did, and don't think that makes him the bad guy. That's like the perfect example of looking at it from both sides.

It's his own fault if the things he wanted to be focused on get ignored.

But, it was a LONG ass time waiting on Timberlake and unfortunately all of them were either one) too patient or Two) too naive. On the otherhand, Joey told Broadway he was unavailable after December of 2002 and Lance told the Russians he couldn't go in the Spring of 2003 because he had, "A day job to get back to". So, FINE Justin ... Go ahead and do what's best for your career... But DO IT. Be straight up about it! Don't be using the other four as your fall back, safety net, just IN CASE the solo stuff didn't work out... Which, ultimately, was exactly what Justin did whether or not he intended it that way... It WAS that way.
Ha! Now I remember why we used to get along so well. So true. Also, I think there should be a #3 option) they loved him and actually believed what he said. Who knew you couldn't trust someone when they said they would come back over and over?

I don't see a problem with Lance commenting on how he felt about situations is his own life like the group breaking up. That is what the book is about, his life. How Justin and Britney's relationship fits into that, I don't know. But hey I'm sure Justin will sell him a few more copies.

LMAO! That's what I'm saying. I'm so pleasantly surprised at how calm the discussions has been for the most part. Let's not jinx it!
