Posts: 180 (07/27/2009 5:31 PM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Friend Block Invite Ignore	i need to vent!! i feel like there's nothing that can go right for me- anything that can go wrong will go wrong and has gone wrong. i had money set aside for my trip to NYC this week and my husband (grrr men) forgot the balance the fucking checkbook so he forgot to subtract one of the car payments and spent too much money this week and the stupid auto draft overdraft prevention thing took ALL THE MONEY I HAD SAVED UP! so now i have no money to spend on my only vacation for the year but i've not gotten a single one of the fucking bonuses i was promised from work. to date they owe me at least $3,100 and i haven't seen a fucking dime!! but they expect me to be at their fucking beck and call at any time of the day! so now i dont know if i'm even going to go to NYC, whats the point when i wont be able to do anything or go anywhere?! i swear to god.....i really needed this vacation and i feel like i'm not going to get it!!

I feel like I always need something "big" to look forward to or I get really depressed. If you don't end up going to NYC, try and give yourself some sort of vacation even if it's in your hometown. Also, setting personal goals might help as well. You could try writing them down and tracking your progress in a journal. /therapist moment

I mean, especially if you've never been there before, just visiting all the boroughs/sections in Manhattan even. have you been there bfore? Go to central park! go to FAO Schwarz. it really makes you feel likea little kid, its exciting. Walk in chinatown or little italy although the smells are sometimes... . i love the city, just for the atmosphere and people watching. and I think you can get into us Ripleys for cheap. its like right near the wax museum i think. its cheaper though I know that. and theres some cool stuff in there. PotD: hes skinny as hell in that pic but thats his justgotlaid face for sure. lmao!
