Oh come on you people are just saying this shit because it is me. The man that we talked to told us that if something happened during the process of me trying to put the new keyboard on that it was NOT my fault and that they would send out a box for us to send the laptop back to fix it. The whole point of us sending it back was to get it fixed and they didn't do that. We included the new keyboard that was sent out because we thought that we had to do that but also included the other one as well. I'm sorry but that is a shit job and we want refunded on it.

All I have to say is that I am glad that my new laptop is an HP.
