I agree, after the first time you threaten lawsuit?  That seems kind of crazy. 

ITA. Do you know how much it would cost to retain an attorney?? We're talking retainer, court fees, hourly rates. I don't know why people threaten with lawyers when they obviously have no idea how much it really cost to hire one. Do you know how many new computers you could buy with that????
