They sent us the new HD and the new keyboard for us to do it our self. I called them after I tried to put the keyboard on myself and ask them to send to a tech out to do it and they would not do it for me. Before this shit with the keyboard and HD her power cord went on it and they had to send a new one.

The guy told us to send everything back and that whatever happened during me trying to fix it myself was not my fault and that they would fix it for me. When this started happening we wanted the laptop replaced then because we felt that a 7 month laptop shouldn't have the HD go. They only sent us the new keyboard because I asked if they could send us the backspace key and they just sent us an entire new keyboard with it. We sent BOTH key boards back they were not on the laptop. All they did was put the old one back on and sent it back. They didn't even bother turning the laptop on to see the if keyboard worked. We had told them that it would not work before we sent it back because I had put it on there and it didn't work then so yeah they screwed us over.
