I had a Dell laptop that needed the keyboard to be replaced when I accidentally popped some keys and broke the plastic thing that attaches it. I don't think Creamie voided the warranty. When it happened to me, Dell sent me a new keyboard with instructions on how to replace it myself.

This.  Dell will send you "parts only" if they think you can fix it yourself -- laptop keyboards are pretty easy to replace.  If Dell sent you the part to replace yourself, then it's still under warranty.
So basically Creamie fucked up the repair all on her own and now wants to blame someone else? I hope her lawyer knows this piece of information!

But she sent it to them and they sent it back with the original broken keyboard on.  What's up with that?
