Yeah, I live alone and I have participated in my local CSA since last October. It's truly one of the best decisions I've ever made as far as how I spend my money. I go to the grocery store far less often now because I always have a supply of fresh fruit and vegetables. And, even if you get stuff you don't like, you'd be surprised at how you can include that item in a recipe that you might end up loving. I do a lot of Googling for "How do I cook (insert name of vegetable here), haha, so it has definitely been a learning experience in forcing myself to cook more. But anyway, I'm so glad I decided to do it. The quality of the things you get is really superior to most of the stuff you find in a usual grocery store and I like knowing that my money is going to support local farmers.
