OMG. Why?

Dell doesn't troubleshoot their laptops before they send them out like they now do with their desktops. They find it cheaper to fix it if there's an issue than to use the manpower to fix every laptop they sell. Sucks, but it's a smart business move. They're still selling millions of them.

My son's laptop wouldn't even turn on when he got it in March. He sent it back, they fixed it and he got it back within 2 weeks. We didn't have any issues with them fixing it, but it was a bit frustrating that it didn't work.
