Wait until you're off probation and completely sure of your supervisory duties before doing anything. Always protect your legal butt first. Do you have an HR handbook? Can you file a complaint about her? Also, document every single affront, especially the facebook stuff.
I would absolutely not file a complaint against her. If you do, it will look like you are in over your head and can't do your job. YOU are the supervisor. YOU tell her how she needs to start acting and the consequences if she does not act that way. And then, if she does not shape up, follow through. I like someone else's idea of pulling her into a room with another supervisor there. Plan it all in advance with the other supervisor, bring her into the room, and let her know her attitude isn't welcome and that there will be consequences to follow if she doesn't stop back-talking you and start following directions. "In-training" or otherwise, you are still a supervisor.
