Both of those sound like good advice.

I can't really wait until my training is over because my managers expect me to be doing the job of a supervisor. I've been chewed out already for a day when no one would do anything I asked them and we had a very unorganized, bad shift because of it. They told me I need to step up and not ask people, tell them if they're not listening. I guess they figure people are gonna test me because they're not used to my being in charge. At the same time, I would prefer to have my managers present when I speak to her. I've asked for this already and I've even asked for them to speak to her first to let her know that she does have to respect my authority (no pun intended) to see if maybe she'll straighten up before I say something to her. Unfortunately, none of this has happened, so it looks like I'm gonna have to step up.

I'm friends with my assistant manager so I think tomorrow I will talk to him again, let him know what all has happened and tell him I'm gonna speak to her at work on Thursday. I can ask my GM to be there so whatever happens, at least I have a witness.

It's just so effing childish. Like today, we got so busy that no one got their breaks, so I had to get everyone on their breaks before they left. I had yet to take my paid break or my 30 min break, but I needed everyone else to go first. Everyone else I sent was fine. When I asked her to go, she just ignored me for a few minutes so I waited to see what she would do. Then about 5 minutes later, she came out front and started helping customers. I told her again to go on break like I said 5 minutes ago and she slammed her pen down and went "Well you were in the way of the computer so I couldnt clock out!" and then stormed away.

I was so ready to snatch this bitch up it wasn't even funny.
