I just finished the P90X lean program which helped to get me into an every day routine. Now (depending on my shin splints) I run 1-5 miles per day either outside or at the gym. (It's fun to figure out new routes, especially at the parks, and beaches around here). If I run under 2 miles I run for speed, otherwise I keep it at a quick jog. Sometimes I'll incorporate the P90X dvds if I need a break from running, and just to keep up with my strength training.

I eat all whole grains, tons of fruits and vegetables, no dairy (I'll use almond milk for things like cereal), grilled chicken, salmon, tuna, hummus, drink nothing but water and coffee. For desserts, or if I'm craving something "bad" I'll have a bowl of cereal with vanilla almond milk and banana and rasins in it <3
If you would have told me a year ago that I'd never want to look at fast food again I'd think you were crazy but it's just not appetizing to me at all anymore. I don't ever crave it, and verrry rarely crave things like chocolate or sweets (when before I'd ALWAYS crave them).
