I already do 35 minutes of cardio (with intervals) at a medium level, then strength training (lower/upper/core depending on the day) I just need to switch up what I do. I do machines for lower body so I know I need to start with step-ups and squats/lunges no matter how much I hate them. for upper I do free weights with a couple machines thrown in but I need to change that up. I'd like to do full body exercises but I don't even know where to start on that one.
