40 minutes of cardio. Sometimes i run (on a medium speed...it's 8.9 on my gym's treadmill) for the full 40 mins, or I may do 20 mins on treadmill and do the stationary bike at a high level. I then do weight training for about 20 to 30 mins, and then I stretch and stuff. I do this twice a week.

Then once a week I'' play tennis for an hour or more, depending on how I feel.

And Twice a week i'll jog for 2-3 miles around my local park. After the jog I'll do a few 100m and 200m sprints. Next, I'll do some star jumps, lunges, skipping etc to kind of tone and strengthen my legs. This lasts an hour. I make sure i get in at least 40 mins of cardio, though. OH I forgot when I come home i do a tiny bit of boxing (on my punchbag) depending on how i feel.

Overall I work out around 5 times a week.
