I need to work out when I get home in the afternoons but I never do. I can't seem to motivate myself. I do however tend to get up and walk around a lot at work (even if it's inside the office) and I'm not lazy like the rest of my coworkers and if the downstairs bathroom is occupied, I go up the stairs to the other one. Sometimes I just use the one upstairs anyways. I'm not gonna stand there and do the "I gotta pee dance" like my coworkers.

I also try to not eat out the vending machine and I do bring my lunch at least twice a week, sometimes three. It may just be a frozen dinner and it's full of sodium but it's far better than eating out every day like most people do there.
