I've tried working out before work, but I'm way more productive doing it after work, which is what I mainly did when I was working out consistently. I feel like I may have to do it before AND after work. The eating thing isn't a huge problem because I only eat what I bring in and it's always small portions of home cooked food.

I swear, it's something about this job. I actually SWELL while I'm there. I'm getting over being sick and I spent three days in bed and I looked fine. But sitting at a desk all day, walking around as much as I can (to the break room & bathroom)...my legs completely swell up and they go down an hour or two after I get home. Wtf? I keep trying so many different things to figure out what's causing it.
