One thing people have to also remember is that Muscle is more dense than Fat, so it "weighs more", so the 2 lbs that he put on, could have meant he actually lost 1 lb of FAT, but gained 3 lbs of MUSCLE, but the scale would only show a 2 lb increase in BODY WEIGHT.

That's one flaw of the scale being the ONLY judge of the contestant's progress, esp when who falls below the yellow or red lines is based on the highest percentage of body weight lost. It doesn't take into consideration that someone like Sam, or Daris could not only be losing bodyfat, but at the same time are putting on muscle. Which as we all know, the more muscle you have, the faster your metabolism is, the more fat your body burns.
