I didn't do as great today (13:17), but that's o.k.  I walked a little bit.... a total of maybe 60 seconds.  So, that's why my time was so sucky today.

I'd LOVE to be able to do a sub-12:00 mile and a half, but that will never happen


I am up to 29 push-ups in one minute too.  Like, the real kind, where you have somebody holding their fist under your chest, and your chest has to touch it each time you go down.
