Just because they say grace? Considering how difficult it is to find good care for children, I can't see this being a big deal. What is so bad about it? Do you not want your kids exposed to different things? I fail to see the issue. Yeah, I see where someone may feel.... uncomfortable as it is not a religion-based place, but there are far more worse things going on in the world, people. Sheesh.

Are you aware that not everyone shares the same religious views?I'm Agnostic and would not want my child(ren) 'exposed' to anything of a religious nature that I did not approve of. And I don't personally approve of saying grace at school, as I don't thinkk it's the time or place for it.I wouldn't yank them out the daycare center the second I heard about it, but I would be down there asking questions about the practice of having the kids say grace. If I didn't like their answers, unless there was some extinuating circumstances, then yes, I'd definitely try to find a center that catered more to my family's beliefs on religion. And that's fine if you want to concentrate on the 'far worse things going on in the world', but I personally would consider what my child(ren) is being taught by the adults I'm entrusting their care to as way more important than a heck of a lot of other stuff.
