Yea, we always used good sneakers, but when I think of how many jumps I did over that span.  Ouch.

I'm joining that bandwagon.  I have basically rebuilt the tissue in my knees. I had to take a year and a half off for therapy to them.  They still hurt like crap, especially when it's going to rain,   I  joke and say that I have decided I will never let my children do gymnastics or cheering.  My shoulders are starting to be in the same situation.
