Why do you think there should be accommodations for people who don't know English? Unless you didn't ask "why" because you disagree. I agree with what she says, the majority of people in this country speak English, it's assumed when you come here you'll be speaking with people that speak English, like speaking to French speaking people is expected when you go to France. It's always nice to know another language though, I know Spanish and Arabic well enough to have conversations, hopefully I'll be fluent soon. But it's my choice.

But if you're going to take a class in medical billing and coding in America, you should know English, otherwise it's going to be very difficult to succeed in that job field.
