I feel your pain.  You need to shake it up somehow.  Find out places you can volunteer while you're out of work. Get an exercise DVD and put yourself on an exercise schedule. Or do like I did, if it's starting to get nice outside find a great trail or park to exercise at. Imagine all the people at work who can't do that during the day.  I found a cool trail by my house that I never knew about before and I like walking it now during the day.
