aw yeah, I know how that goes! but don't let that stop you, you can be your own. instead of looking for a DIET, if I were you, I'd focus on feeding your body well. paying attention to what you're putting in your body, and learning about what exactly each thing you consume does for you (if you don't know what something is/how your body uses it, don't eat it!). it's really helpful, because then instead of counting calories, you can simply ask yourself "is this good for me?" and know without a doubt either yes... or no. then the choice is simple!
