My friend and I are currently trying to just eat has healthy as humanly possible. Avoiding anything processed, no meat other than fish (and I eat turkey but my friend doesn't), lots of fruits and vegetables etc. We're both already thin but we're just trying to maintain for summer, and my friend is trying to get into modeling and thinks she needs to lose a few pounds. We've been doing it for a few months, I've maybe lost a pound or two at the most. My friend hasn't lost anything but she's pretty muscular and works out a lot so I don't know if that makes a difference.
