Meryl didin't (and I'm so sick of them giving her nods; what, do they give her one when they run out of ideas on another nominee?)

I can't say I'm sick of the Academy nominating Meryl when the performance is good, but I think she could've done without the nods for "Music of the Heart" and "One True Thing". This year I hold a tiny grudge because I was hoping Michelle Monaghan would be a "dark horse" nominee for "Trucker". She won one Critics Award for the performance, but I guess the masses missed the movie with the Avatars and the Hurt Lockers and what else have you... and no buzz = no Oscar nomination.
