I don't judge someone's character based on whether or not they've had plastic surgery, but I do wonder why some people so easily go under the knife for elective surgery. Surgery is risky, and though it may be something someone really wants (to change their physical appearance) I don't think it's worth the risk and often wonder if a decent number of people who undergo plastic surgery haven't had many (if any) surgeries in the past to know all the complications.

Personally, I don't think I could do it, even though I am barely an A cup I can't see myself deciding to have a surgery I don't really need and possibly being left unhappy with the results. Being comfortable with your body and who you are is important, but if someone needs surgery to feel better about themselves I guess that is certainly within their rights so I'll leave those personal decisions alone and try to not pass judgment.
