my aunt got them, she is super tiny and always had a flat chest, so at 50, around 10 or so years after she and her husband got divorced (and the youngest of her three kids was around 12, the other two being 20 and 22) she got implants to go up to a B cup. Her daughter (20) was very upset- they are really close, and her mom had always told her she was naturally beautiful and to feel confident in herself, and since they were both fairly flat, I think her daughter just felt betrayed or something. she's become a lot more understanding about it, though.

i never really cared. i guess i don't really have an opinion on people who get them, since it's for all different reasons. I just know I wouldn't get one, but then again, I'm lucky to be pretty happy with my breast size. Though I often wish mine were smaller (I'm a full C) so I could wear certain tops that only look good on fairly flat chests, so I do feel like if mine were smaller, I'd be happy with that too.
