I don't fully understand why people always think there must be deeper issues, esp regarding self esteem.  I had mine done, and I don't have self-esteem issues at all.  I mean,  besides your normal, "would be nice to lose a couple pounds here and there" I'm actually very confident in myself as a person.  It was just something that I always wanted to do...when I realized my boobs weren't going to grow anymore I said, "if I can afford it one day, I'm doing it..."  I don't regret it at ALL.  I did my research, went to a great doctor, and paid for it in full.  I would absolutely 110% do it again because in my opinion, it was way easier than I expected it to be.
