i freaking hate victoria's secret.  they don't make my size of bra and it makes no sense.  i even wrote them an e-mail about it:

Hello!

I want to commend your new Bombshell line-- I love the styles!  I also thoroughly enjoy the vast majority of your merchandise and think it is an excellent balance of sexy, pretty, and classy.

All that said, I unfortunately am unable to purchase most of your products.  Why?  Because your company does not make my size.  I wear a 32E (or DDD, obviously depending on the brand), and try as your salespeople may to convince me I can wear a 36D, they're not fooling me.  I'm not fat.  I am 5'3" and weigh about 105 pounds, most of which is located in my breasts. I do not need a bigger band size-- hello, I need all the support I can get to prevent these things from ever getting saggy!  A 36D ends up being ridiculous loose and not even beginning to cover my actual breast tissue.

It is impossible for me to find attractive, sexy bras that are not made for the so-called "curvy" women who are actually just overweight and kidding themselves.  There's nothing wrong with having a little more to love, but come on ladies; plus-sized is the accurate term!  I really wish your brand developed bras that actually ARE for women who have large breasts and are small otherwise.  I have the chest most of the models in your magazines are advertising, so where are the bras to fit me?  There has to be a market for women with my figure-- just look at all the girls who get breast implants!  Typically once bras get to my size in other brands I end up covered in so much fabric my boyfriend can't possibly find his way to the real me-- what's the point?

PLEASE, please, please, train your salespeople to know how to actually fit people properly.  If they had the items to sell, they wouldn't send people home in ill-fitting bras.

Sincerely,
Laura

Did I not make my bra size clear enough in that?  because the next day some dumbass sent me an e-mail back:

Dear Laura,

Thank you for your e-mail regarding your concerns regarding our bra selection.  We apologize for any disappointment this matter may have caused.

Please be assured Victoria's Secret takes great pride in the merchandise that we offer to our customers.  We carefully design and engineer bras that offer the greatest comfort, style, and support to our customers.  Each new design is carefully researched to ensure the sizing and fit is comfortable.  Currently, we do not manufacture all bras in every size (such as DD cups), as they will not be supportive or comfortable in the fuller cup size.

For a listing of bras available in your size, we invite you to visit our bra salon at the following link:

If you need further assistance, please reply to this e-mail or call anytime.

Laura, Victoria's Secret is committed to providing an exceptional experience for our customers.  We look forward to the opportunity of serving you in the future.

Sincerely,
