YEAH.  we've been making this argument since the plan was rolled out.  we don't think it's going to last.

we have also been arguing, as some posters have brought up, that those people who need more help should get higher discounts/more incentives so long as they are really making an effort.

orodwen, they're doing the testing once a year, so people who fail the tests can potentially work on whatever it is keeping them from the higher discount and end up getting a better discount.

and no, i didn't do it.  the only people who need to know about the things they're testing for are myself and my doctor.
