I guess I'm in the minority, I'm not necessarily a pushover, but I would have loaned my car to her. Just think about if you were in that circumstance with a loved one and needed to get to them.

I agree she could have called at some point, but I wouldn't hold that against someone that is obviously distressed.

The owner of the car could have called hospitals, the police, the emergency contact on the employment paperwork to get information.

But yelling at a lady who has obviously been through a trauma, is just shitty, IMO.
