If they're getting their "smoke break" on top of their regular breaks, then no. When I was in HS I worked at Wendy's and anyone who wanted a smoke break had to take all the trash out to the big dumpster. I guess in that case I didn't mind since it kept me from having take out all the overflowing, disgusting trash.

Kinda OT, but I work at a hospital and I absolutely hate it when I get on the elevator with or after someone who has just come back from their smoke break. The smell is suffocating. It's even worse when it's obvious the person has doused themselves with perfume/colgne to try and cover it up...doesn't work at all.
