I think more than anything, you need to make time to do something for you. Like the above, sometimes it's ok to say 'no' and step back just to breathe.

As for finding a therapist, ask your doctor for suggestions. Unfortunately, finding a therapist that fits you and works well with you may take time as well unless you luck out and you just click with the first one you find.
