I WAS eating the things I need to be eating. Now, I'm not. When I was losing the weight, before things got chaotic in my life, I'd take frustration out at the gym. Now that I don't have time to work out, I've gone back to emotional/stress eating, which I know isn't good for me. I'm just happy I haven't gained weight in the last two months.
