I like the organic just because I try to eat/use as many organic products as I can because I think they're healthier, but if you can't find it or prefer non-organic then I'm sure that would work too.

I think it's recommended that you drink 2-5 cups a day to get the best results. I drink a big cup with 2 tea bags and that's been working well. Although don't get discouraged if it doesn't help a ton right away. I think that it can take up to a month or two to see really noticeable results in some people.
