If it's chicken breast, pound it out flat then put a few stalks of asparagus(or whatever veggie you like) on one end with whatever cheese you like that melts well. Roll it up and sear it with the fold down so it won't come unrolled for 3-5 minutes on each side. Finish baking off in the oven for another 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees. YUMMY! Make sure to season the chicken with salt and pepper on each side before rolling up.
