Chicken Drumsticks
Put some chicken drumsticks in a 13 X 9 pan or baking sheet lined with foil. Add some red and green bell peppers, red onions, and red potatoes, all cut in about 1" pieces.
Drizzle with olive oil, add salt & pepper to taste, and some dried rosemary.
Roast at 500 degrees for about 30 minutes (big drums might take longer) stirring/turning drums once after about 15 minutes.
I usually make this in 2 pans and put one on each shelf, then switch the pans at 15 minutes.
