One of my dad's aunts is like that, but she lives on her own (thank goodness). Just give her some money and a passport and book her a flight back to Cuba. She can drive Fidel nuts instead of you guys.

Have you ever said anything to her? Like, telling her to shut her mouth and stop being a bitch? I had to tell my mom to shut her mom up after my dad passed because all she did when my dad was alive was trash talk him (because he was dark skinned and Cuban and that wasn't good enough for my grandparents) and she kept going after he died. 4 hours after my dad passed away my grandmother already told my mom she could "finally start taking the pictures down". I told my mom if she didn't tell her mom to shut her dirty old mouth that I would. And most people in my family don't want to "hurt her feelings" so they don't say anything.

Anyways, sorry lol I know how you feel...

Ugh, that is horrible. It really irritates me that old people feel like they can get away with all sorts of classless and rude behavior.

That's the thing that bothers me the most. All my life I've tried to stay out of her way and not be disrespectful and she still finds a way to initiate conflict. She's just a miserable and bitter person, so I just let it go for the most part. I feel sorry for my dad because he's in the middle of all this and her actions upset him very much. He agrees that she's a impossible to deal with, but he feels like his hands are tied. I definitely have some resentment towards my parents for not sticking up for me, though (especially when I was younger). No one is going to treat my kids the way she's treated me under my watch, that's for sure.
