Switching to a healthy lifestyle is really key, versus being on a diet. In the past, I could lose weight through healthy changes, but once I hit my goal weight I'd stop thinking about it and the weight would all slowly come back. You've got to accept that the healthy choices need to be a life change if you want to keep the weight off.

For me, after changing for awhile, I found that I slowly started really loving healthy food! I still crave bad food occasionally (and I do indulge in it sometimes!), but a lot of the time I'm happy with fruits and veggies and whole grains. It just takes time Start by finding a few recipes that you really love that are good for you. Its also a good idea to find a few 'treats' that you really enjoy, that are good for you.
