Just don't eat so much. Portion control. Instead of a whole burger, eat half a burger if you must have one.
Use smaller plates to serve yourself food, that way the plate looks full.
Drink a glass of water before you eat and water during, and I guarantee you won't even finish your food.
If you insist on eating so much food then it probably goes much more deeper than just controlling your eating and you're searching for comfort in food.
It gets easier when you change your mentality towards food.
