I did this, and I felt like shit the day after my Cheat Day. I mean, I would make lists all week of the foods that I was going to get for it, basically pig out, and then have major remorse the next day. It was an awful mindfuck. It's nice in theory but it did not work for me.





Oh, that sucks ! I thought the purpose of cheat days was to cheat with foods you like, not binge image

image I have a junk food tooth. I would get glazed, angel creme filled donuts for breakfast, Pizza Hut for lunch, and then italian takeout for dinner. Plus a bag of BBQ chips. It was just ugly.
