Working out at the gym alone used to be enough, but it's not anymore. I just get lazy and stop going. I never thought I would like working out with other people either until my roommate decided to do the couch to 5k program. Then he asked me to do it with him and it's not so bad.

Triathlon... that's hardcore/intense! The only thing driving me is that I have to be in my friend's wedding next year and I want to look good. image So that gives me a little over a year to get my ass into shape.


Yeah some people like working out with a buddy. But I'm a loner when it comes to that I only do Sprint Triathlons. Not the insane shit they do in Hawaii or anything! Oh and I aim to do the San Francisco 'Swim to Alcatraz Island' someday!
