The main thing to PLEASE keep in mind is don't deprive yourself because you set yourself up for failure. Treat yourself here and there. I never eat fast food normally, but because when I leave the pool I'm famished and have burned so many calories, I can afford to eat that damned Wendys burger

Right and I already mentioned I don't deprive myself, I've learned in the past that's bad because I just end up binging. For example, I know I'll crave ice cream eventually and that's fine, so I went and bought those individually sized ice cream things (that are only about 1 serving), so if I want ice cream I'll eat that. Which isn't so bad in the grand scheme of things. I know though that fast food (or soda) is a really bad vice of mine, and I'd rather just stay away. At least in the beginning, it's just too easy for me to slip up if I let myself go there.

Man, I wish I could swim 5 nights a week! I heard swimming is one of the best forms of cardio. But until I feel comfortable getting into a bathing suit, it's running for me.
