I'm not on a fad diet though. I've thought about going to a nutritionist, and in the end... I figured I'd just do it myself. I don't think the food guidelines I've set for myself are that hard to follow or are so strict that I'm setting myself up to fail. I know enough information, I just need to put that information into use.
