I am going through this right now so I can relate! I swim 5 nights a week for an hour hardcore, do parts of the 30 day shred, use the treadmill at the gym and have an elliptical machine in my bedroom. After my hour swims I tend to go to Wendys and have a single burger No fries or drink JUST the burger and INHALE it. Ever see what Michael Phelps eats?
The main thing to PLEASE keep in mind is don't deprive yourself because you set yourself up for failure. Treat yourself here and there. I never eat fast food normally, but because when I leave the pool I'm famished and have burned so many calories, I can afford to eat that damned Wendys burger
