The wood stove has already been removed by the previous owner. All of this time, that whole house has been heated by that wood stove! Kind of hard to believe. And, with all of the money we're spending on things like windows, water heater, insulation, etc., etc., we'll be able to max out that $1,500 credit (PLUS, we'll be getting the full $8,000 back for the First-time Home Buyer tax credit too!)
