Weird, I have twin nephews named Pandemonium and Panic.
I have twin nieces named Ativan and Xanax. They could marry your twin nephews and be a perfect balance.

I really don't think people are making a big deal out of the name Riot. Just commenting on a message board about it.
What about this poster?

You are aware that in the future you are judged by your name, right? They did a huge study and even Tyra Banks did a show about this subject.
People with the better jobs and the more acomplished people generally had a stronger, normal name. Employers also take potential employess more seriously when they had a normal or general name. You can't compare you naming your child against what the stars name their kids? Are you serious?
These kids, Suri, Apple, Kingston, Zuma, etc... will never have to worry about their future. They most likely, wil never have to work a day in their life.
They will never have to worry going into a job interview and being discriminated because of their name.Even in school age, they will be private schooled or home schooled. They will be closely guarded so they won't be bullied for their stupid name. So unless you have millions of dollars, your kid being named that is screwed. Here is a little fact about a Music legend kid being named a stupid name, like the one you are giving your son. David Bowie's son changed his name when he was of age because he hated his name his parents gave him.
