Our company banned smoking on any company owned properties about 5 years ago. So now all the smokers have to leave the premises to smoke. You cannot go into the parking lot either, we have security driving the parking lot most of the day and they will make smokers leave.

When we have open enrollment, they did a new thing this year for smokers vs. non smokers. If you signed a paper saying you don't smoke and have no health issues from smoking, you got the company contribution of $20 a paycheck into your HSA (if you were found to be lying or got a smoking related health issue, the company discontinued the contributions and you are not allowed to sign up for them again if you stop smoking). If you didn't sign that paper, you did not get the contribution.
