Mistress, I feel you. Nausea is one of the most uncomfortable feelings. I hate it. I used to get it a lot. I usually just try to rest/sleep it off. Do you have to be up now? Try not to do things you're not up for. It'll just make you sick. that way you could maybe make it to your presentation feeling better. Nausea is no joke.
I am teaching a class at 9-I have to leave soon to be able to make it in time, but I don't think it is going to happen. I have a class I am taking at 1230 and that is where I have the presentation I am worried about. And I know image If this was just a cold I would probably just deal and go, but overwhelming nausea? I take prescription drugs for nausea. There is also over the counter chewable for that too. The thing that would help me that also soothes the tummy, is ginger. Some stores cell ginger in the candy section or drinking ginger ale, or ginger tea and you can also maybe eat a ginger snap cookie. Look for the ones with real ginger in it. Ginger is suppose to be a natural supplement for tummy and problems for nausea. Also another good thing is a slice of almost burnt toast helps too.
